[dvn-auth] Shibboleth, OIOSAML, and dataverse.nl

At https://www.dataverse.nl/dvn/faces/login/LoginPage.xhtml you can see a "Federated Login" link that will take you to https://www.dataverse.nl/dvn/faces/login/SamlLoginPage.xhtml and further login screens. The developers of this forked version of DVN that supports Shibboleth/SAML have generously provided the code, which I have uploaded to the OIOSAML/dataverse.nl folder here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_qMYwdHFZghT21ZTkN5STBrSEU&usp… In addition to the code, that folder contains a document where I'm taking notes about how I'm going about trying to build and deploy the code as-is or attempt to merge it into our "develop" branch at https://github.com/IQSS/dvn Everyone is welcome to read through the notes and inspect the code.
