Great talk! Graphviz reminds me a little of Pic* by Brian Kernighan
(the K of K&R) which I like a lot. Along similar lines, I've been
using LilyPond** to mark up sheet music.
The various PlantUML diagrams seemed useful (especially sequence) and
I liked the ASCII GUI modeling from
