Subject: Call for Agenda Items OJS-Dataverse Meeting 01/15/14 2PM ET/11AM PT
Hello team members,
Good news! We have received survey responses<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjeLxEN77UZodDJyd0pZdnlDZ3I5eW…> from all but one group of testers who informed me that they are working on it today.
With that being said I would like to remind everyone that we have our meeting scheduled for this Wednesday January 15 (2-3PM ET).
I have posted the agenda here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UOFNceaFc0phXFzuAbl94LyrgJrEyjUZsyTUZIg…> so please feel free to add/comment right in the doc itself.
Looking forward to meeting!
All the best,
Eleni

Hi everyone,
>From the Doodle Poll results it looks like everyone who has responded can make it for Wednesday, January 15 2-3PM (EST). I will re-schedule our meeting for then.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions or concerns or would like to add anything to the agenda I have prepared (bottom of the email string).
Thanks for your quick responses and apologies for not being able to rally all our testers in time for this meeting.

Here it is (think of this as the minimal, and we'll be happy to report that
we achieve much more than this):
1. Software beta tests with three quantitative journals resulting in high
overall satisfaction ratings among surveyed users.
2. Identification of over 100 journals with plans to adopt the kind of
system developed.
3. Post-adoption improvements in download and citation rates of more than
25%.

Hi folks,
Since our next monthly meeting will be this Monday October 21 at 3 PM EST/12 PM PST I am sending out a proposed agenda<https://docs.google.com/document/d/11Tsyz0gyRmKXdMQLPwbda7wONVH7cTxm652_-zk…> so please feel free to add any items that you would like for us to discuss:
OJS-DVN Monthly Meeting Agenda 10/21/13
* Dev Update:
* Phil: Anything to add about the API
* Alex/Jen demo of plugin
* Next Steps? Following items were in the grant document
* Conduct internal QA testing of alpha version (timeframe?)
* Setup Journals for testing: Work closely with these journals to assist with the configuration their DVN and workflow (Eleni: this is already in progress), (set up LOCKSS replication?), and ingest any current datasets associated with that journal
* Develop best practices materials for authors, reviewers and editors: Templates for data citation, data review, data availability and replication policy statements will be made available on OJS and Dataverse.
* Journals test functionality (timeframe?): Conduct survey (using google forms?) of beta test participants. List of feedback, bugs, change requests and suggested new functionality from the initial
* journals
* Other items?
Thanks!
