Hi team,
I bring thee good news! I spoke with Merce, and we received the formal confirmation that our 6-month cost extension has been approved.
Also, please accept my most sincere apologies for the boondoggle of an attempt at re-scheduling our meeting yesterday. Given that both upcoming Mondays are holidays (Victoria Day in Canada and Memorial Day in the USA), and that we're already making progress on the work that needs to be done, we've decided to move our next actual meeting until June.
Please pick your best available date/time in June from this fresh new Doodle poll and let me know if neither of these work: https://doodle.com/px8569cy78v2qh3u (I promise there are no Canadian or US federal holidays on either of those Mondays).
However, as mentioned previously, these two action items should be worked on right away and we can report on our progress at the next meeting:
1) Phil/Jen: add support for Data Deposit API for 4.0 and test that this will work with the current OJS Dataverse plugin. (see Phil's recent email to the group)
2) Eleni/Alex: work on expanding outreach ASAP.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks everyone for your patience, help and understanding!
Cheers
Eleni
